What paper do you draw on?
All artwork is on Daler-Rowney 150 gm cartridge paper.

How long will my portrait take to draw?
This depends on volume of work but usually about 14 days from time of order.

Can I order over the internet?
Yes. We charge 25% of the commission fee in advance. We will give you an order reference number on our return email. Please write this number on the back of your cheque along with your bank card number and mail it to; A True Likeness, 33 Richmond Court, Fleet Hants, GU51 3AL.

How will I know if I will like my portait before I pay the balance?
We will send you or email you a proof before you pay the balance.

Please note We have a 100% record in supplying quality portraits. In the unlikely event of you not being happy with your portrait we will refund 100% of the fee.

Do you do framing?
No, but we do have a very good framing shop a couple of minutes away in Fleet who provide a high level of service at a very reasonable cost.
